I just noticed this behavior after installing the newly released WMP11 Beta...My tabbed browsing settings have NOT changed. If you're running IE7B2 and WMP11 Beta, could you open a Favorite via the Favorites Center then open a Favorite by Start/Favorites. Do you get the same behavior?
