wmp 11 beta

I love the layout for this things but I've been havin a problem. Everytime I try to play a video file, only the sound will play. In place of the video will be a green square. My video drivers are up to date and everything. It does this for all videos, even the pre-packaged ones that come with it. Please help!

yeah you need divx on your PC the only problem with that is they have not made one as yet to work with windows Vista

They dont need to download more codecs if they can not even play the videos that came with Vista...
Did you already download and install a "codec pack"?

Hey there.. I've downloaded the WMP 11 beta, and using it.. It's all great and stuff but there are couple of things I ddn't like..
1. Where is the quick access panel?? I've sort of liked it and used it in all previous versions!! Are u gonna add it in the final version??
2. Most of the skins are not fuctioning right.. It's either the buttons, or the colors..
One more thing, about the library organizing, does it have to be separated into groups?? Can't I sort them without separting them??

Don't have much to add that's useful here. But here's my experience so far:
1) The quick access panel (Now Playing, Library, Rip, etc.) always opens on mine automatically. In fact, I can't find a way to make it not appear.
2) You'd do well to forget about skins during the beta cycle. Those kinds of things get little attention until everything else is functioning correctly.
3) The grouing thing is weird and I haven't found a way to turn it off either. The closest I've come is to view Songs in Details view with the Title column dragged all the way to the left. It still groups them by letter though.
